Installation of the sculpture Sitting Figure, library in Chodov

The town of Chodov in the Karlovy Vary Region is newly decorated with a functional sculpture by Alexandra Koláčková called Sitting Figure. The work was unveiled on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Chodov's promotion to a town and will be placed there permanently.

The new sculpture takes the form of a stylized figure and also functions as a bench on which locals can sit and chat or just lie down with a book. In fact, the work can be found right next to the library.
